Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will be evaluating the merits of a personal injury case. Will be providing guidance and counsel to clients. Focus on finding solutions. Medical case review. Professional & courteous to clients and staff. Research and legal analysis. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills needed. Must be Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have 2+ years of experience in plaintiff s personal injury. Strong negotiation and communication skills preferred. A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law is preferred.
