Paralegal - Property Damage The candidate will work on draft pleadings, memos, motions, and correspondence. Prepare for trials. Comply with and propound discovery. Prepare for mediation. Correspond with clients, experts, and other law firms. Maintain and/or create binders for hearings, depositions, and trials. Prepare settlement statements. Manage Litigation cases. Perform investigative searches. Conduct various searches and queries on the internet. Meet with clients. Schedule depositions and hearings. Coordinate with court reporting companies. Coordinate with outside sources to obtain photos, enlargements, and/or trial exhibits. Review and analyze motions. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience. First-party property damage experience is preferred. Prior experience with Client Profiles or Aderant is a plus. Should be proficient with Word, Excel, e-filing systems in state and federal courts. Must have excellent communication customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
