Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be an experienced paralegal with experience handling personal injury files, or experience handling litigation files; expected to manage a caseload. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Relevant and Microsoft Office experience. Must have extensive experience with drafting complaints, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting motions to compel, preparing pre-trial documents, managing case deadlines, and general management of a litigation file. Possibility of a signing bonus for the right candidate.
