Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare subpoena requests to copy services and update records log. Prepare Motions in Limine. Prepare pretrial documents (witness list, exhibit list, statement of the case, jury instructions, etc.). Organize and tag records and films (x-rays). Trial preparation. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Insurance Defense and/or Medical Malpractice experience preferred. Paralegal certificate (ABA Approved Program) is essential. Closing Date: 2018-01-08.
