Associate Attorney The candidate will work for a small loop firm concentrating in personal injury defense litigation. Managing a heavy caseload under the supervision of the managing partner. Preparing legal reports and documents. Attending and taking depositions. Attending court hearings. Drafting motions and briefs. Engaging in legal research. Reviewing medical records. Maintaining client relationships. Attending arbitrations, mediations and trials. The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate. Must have one to two(1-2) years of experience. 2,000 hour billing requirement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong legal knowledge and research skills. Excellent computer skills.
