Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law firm. Will be assisting Litigation Department attorneys with discovery preparation, trial preparation, deposition preparation, e-filing pleadings, assisting with client meetings, communicating with clients, communicating with Judges Offices and opposing counsel, scheduling hearings, mediations and depositions. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Law firm litigation department experience required. Must be familiar with e-filing through Florida's e-filing system. Possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills. Spanish fluency, speaking and writing, are desirable.
