Litigation Paralegal Duties: Prepare legal documents for review, approval and use by attorney Prepare correspondence and court filings Assist in litigation with discovery requests and document production as well as trial preparation. Organize and maintain case files and production materials. Schedule court proceedings and maintain attorney calendar.
Qualifications: High school diploma and two-year degree or certificate (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer-oriented and confidential manner. Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks and plan time wisely and work in a consistently professional manner. Strong PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based research.
