International Corporate Reorganization (ICR) Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of general corporate transactional experience, including for example mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sale agreements, loan agreements, contribution agreements, corporate approvals, US entity formations, and corporate governance (experience with corporate transactions/cross-border transactions and general corporate matters in countries outside of the US is desired). Should preferably have big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. Should also have excellent project management, research, communication and written skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
