Seeking Associate Attorney (Junior Business Attorney) with experience or desire to practice (with suitable coursework) in areas which include banking, renewable energy project development/finance, mergers and acquisitions, work-out, tax (transactional and partnership), employment and shareholder relations/corporate governance for private companies. The candidate will be bridging the gap between traditional general counsel and high level strategic/financial analysis. Proficiency in excel is highly important, as is an ability to (i) understand financial statements and (ii) operate in an environment where business solutions are integral to resolving legal issues.
