Personal Injury - Associate Attorney The candidate will effectively manage litigation files. Will draft pleadings, discovery, and responses. File medical and billing affidavits. Expert designations, handle depositions, meditations, and trials. Identify and analyze incoming litigation correspondence and determine proper action. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel. Effectively negotiate settlements. Meet deadlines and move cases in a timely manner. Should have litigation experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. Should be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing.
