Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will handle Personal Injury cases independently through trial with minimal or no supervision. Duties: Heavy court appearance; Negotiations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials; Client strategies advice, case analysis, legal research; Drafting legal documents including all stages of discovery and trial work; Managing monthly caseload. Must be a Nevada licensed attorney. 3+ years of trial experience in personal injury/civil case litigation is needed. Strong experience with motions, discoveries, depositions, trial preparations, and trials is essential. Excellent negotiation skills are needed.
