Legal Secretary The candidate will help prepare pleadings in administrative and court cases, as well as correspondence and contracts. Will need to maintain up-to-date files in the office, and electronically file pleadings and discovery for cases before Administrative Law Judges, the Florida Public Service Commission, and circuit and appeals courts. Must be experienced legal secretary proficient in document production and file management. Must be skilled with WORD (and preferably other Microsoft software) and detail oriented. Efficient and accurate typing are essential.
