Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. Prepare and respond to motions. Prepare and present witnesses and experts. Plan and execute case strategy. Should have a Licensed in MO and IL; a Bar membership in good standing; 3+ years of personal injury experience preferred. Must have trial experience. Should have strong communication and MS Office Skills. Must be a self-starter and able to litigate a case from beginning to end. Must also have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
