Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have demonstrated experience delivering the highest quality representation to clients, excellent communication skills - verbal and written, a teamwork mindset, outstanding organization and prioritization skills, a great sense of humor. High-school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of paralegal experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Case Management software (Clio, ProLaw, etc.) experience preferred. Experience working in an environment where metrics and continuous improvement is a way of life preferred. Substantive paralegal experience - but not just in family law (although it's helpful).
