Litigation Paralegal - Business & Securities Candidate will help manage federal and state court filings, case files, discovery, document productions, depositions and trial preparation for litigation cases. Will be: Assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials. Managing case files and matter documents through e-Rooms and docketing systems. Ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein, specifically in Maryland state and federal courts. Assisting attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas. Assisting with the compilation, organization, and review of documents and analysis through various platforms, e.g., Relativity, Concordance, etc. Preparing for and attending depositions and trials. Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience preparing for and attending depositions and trial. Experience with ECF with Federal Courts, highly preferred. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, particularly with case files/document management.
