Litigation Attorney The candidate will step into current litigated matters to make all required appearances from inception through trial, draft and defend all aspects of discovery, and organize document intensive cases throughout all stages of litigation, as well as manage non-contested estate administrations. Should have 2+ years of trust and estate litigation experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experienced litigation attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California is needed. CA State Bar is needed.
