Associate Attorney - Family Law / Criminal Law The candidate will help manage Family Law cases and venture into Criminal Law cases. Will be responsible for maintaining accurate case files, working with our staff to meet all court requirements for each case and serving as a reliable advocate for our growing list of clients. Representation would include individuals or families regarding issues such as adoption, children's rights, divorce, and child custody. This would include representing clients in court for contentious cases and offering advice outside of the courtroom. Experience in the courtroom is also highly favorable. Should have 2 - 3 years of experience in Family Law.
