Paralegal The candidate will work for Workers Compensation defense attorney. Request medical records using HIPPA forms. Track litigated case progress. Draft subpoenas and letters. Organize and collect medical record exhibits per Utah Labor Commission standards. Typing 60 wpm. Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, vendors, and courts. Must have strong computer skills (knowledge of Word Perfect/OCR skills, legal billing system TABS). Should preferably have Microsoft Office experience.
