No-Fault Attorney Responsibilities: Managing and organizing caseload from start to finish. Drafting motions and arbitration submissions. Representing clients in court and at arbitration hearings. Maintaining electronic case files using case management software in accordance with firm policies and procedures. Effectively communicating with clients to keep them apprised of the status of cases and ensure that their needs are met. Requirements: Admitted to practice in New York State. 1-2 years of experience as a No-Fault attorney. Strong understanding of New Yorks No-Fault insurance law and regulations, civil procedure, and American Arbitration Association (AAA) procedures. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently or with a team. Strong communication skills.
