Medical Device/Product Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage or support a defense litigation caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Licensed California attorneys with the requisite experience are strongly encouraged to apply. JD from an accredited law school required. Admitted to practice in the State of California required. 2+ years experience in product liability litigation required. Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Legal project management experience required.
