Litigation Attorney Duties: Handling of written discovery; conducting legal research, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel, drafting and opposing legal briefs, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. QUALIFICATIONS: JD Degree. California State Bar License in good standing. 1+ year of experience. Someone who is: analytical, detail-oriented, a persuasive writer, a strategic thinker, enthusiastic, personable, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be willing to work as an integral part of a collaborative team.
