Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Accompany attorneys in client meetings. Process client cases from intake through closing, including preparing for trial when necessary Establish and maintain good rapport with clients, doctors offices, courts, etc. Maintain appointment calendars; schedule meetings/appointments/depositions/hearings etc. Perform other administrative duties such as preparing documents, filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, summarizing medical records, etc.
Requirements: Must have 3+ years' personal injury litigation paralegal experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and computer literacy. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance. High school degree or higher. Excellent talent for interacting with people in a positive and courteous manner. Must be a team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Dependable, punctual, accurate. Basic knowledge of TrialWorks preferred or ability to learn new, complex computer programs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
