Associate Attorney (Litigation) The candidate should have California Law License- active and in good standing. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of evidence code. Must have strong writing and math skills, and a desire to learn about trusts/estates/probate/conservatorship. Should have experience in discovery, motions, court appearances, and trials. Must have a strong work ethic, ability to think on his or her feet, compassion for clients and desire for long-term growth. Knowledge of wills and trusts is a plus. Virtual possible only if strong foundation and experience in litigation.
