Trust and Estates Paralegal or CPA The candidate will do preparation of federal and state fiduciary income tax returns. Preparation of individual income tax returns. Preparation of partnership and S-Corp returns. Preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Experience with the preparation of federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, individual income tax returns, and partnership returns is required. Knowledge of the preparation of estate and gift tax returns as well as S-Corp returns is not required but a willingness to become familiar with the preparation of such returns is expected. Should have 5 years of experience in tax and related fiduciary accounting matters in trust and estates. A college degree or extensive tax experience is required. CPA is a plus. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Knowledge of related software is a plus. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, work independently, and be a team player. Excellent written and verbal skills.
