Virtual Trademark Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities Included but not limited to: Assist Attorneys and clients with intake, planning, and managing portfolios. Manage multiple client-facing databases containing pending and completed matters for each client. Assist with preparation, filing, and maintenance of trademark applications at the USPTO. Monitor matter deadlines; Maintain and expand on-going relationships with clients; Organize, maintain, and update files and docket information related to clients trademark status. Copyright experience is a plus. Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong research and writing skills; High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
