Paralegal Specialist The candidate will work as a Family Law paralegal. Must have at least 5 years of Family Law experience in California and must possess an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent Business and Professions Code section 6450 declaration. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to draft and respond to discovery. Ability to prepare financial disclosures. Ability to draft motions, including discovery motions. Ability to draft meet and confer correspondence. Ability to draft basic pleadings. Familiarity with Judicial Council and court forms.
