Family Law Paralegal The candidate should preferably have High school or equivalent education. Must have 3+ years of recent, stable work history as a family law paralegal, preferably in a firm handling complex family law cases. Should preferably have 3+ years of recent, stable work history in plaintiff's civil litigation. Should preferably have experience with all aspects of discovery and disclosure, case preparation for hearings and trials; and experience with direct client contact.
