The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Should have 3+ years of US patent prosecution experience. Advanced degrees in these disciplines are preferred. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO. Experience must include domestic preparation and prosecution, handling PCT and national stage issues, and PTAB appeals. A deep understanding of software-related technologies, semiconductor technologies, and telecommunications technologies are desirable.
