## Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney ##### Job Overview Our law firm is seeking attorneys with a minimum of two (2) years experience working with Data Privacy & Cyber matters to join our office. This practice area has a 1,900 hour requirement. Additionally, we offer a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours. ##### Job Locations * US-TX-Houston * US-OH-Akron * US-NM-Albuquerque * US-MA-Boston * US-IL-Chicago * US-TX-Dallas * US-GA-Atlanta * US-TX-Houston * US-MS-Ridgeland * US-Washington ##### Job Responsibilities Attorneys joining our team will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: * Assigning clients impacted by cybersecurity incidents (i.e. ransomware, business email compromise, etc.) * Working alongside forensic teams throughout investigations * Determining reporting obligations * Drafting individual and regulatory data breach notifications * Responding to regulatory inquiry * Assisting clients with internal and external messaging It is preferred, but not required, that applicants have experience with pre-breach policy drafting and/or preparedness training. ##### Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: * Credentials from an ABA approved law school * An active law license * Excellent communication skills Our firm is known for its diversity and LGBTQ and Women's initiative groups, which offer excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. ##### Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401K with employer contribution.
