Lead Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of personal injury and claim cases, including research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes, for a large volume of cases. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree and an active license to practice law and/or membership in Bar for Missouri. Should have 3+ years of legal experience preferably in personal injury law. Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must. Proven ability to listen and relate to clients with compassion and excellent negotiation skills are needed.
