Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will support construction defect practice. Will perform civil legal secretary duties/assignments. Prepare and file legal documents for attorneys (e-filing and regular court filing). Calendaring for cases and attorneys (legal and regular). Other duties as needed. Must have Civil legal secretary and litigation experience. Should have knowledge of: Legal terminology, forms and documents; Civil law court filings and calendar procedures; Microsoft Office Word/Outlook.
