Litigation Attorney The candidate will support multiple attorneys and provide hands on support for highly challenging and interesting legal assignments. Experience handling transactional matters or in the construction industry is preferred. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have superb legal research skills and the ability correlate such to a matters fact patterns, and assist the managing partner with the process of valuing a case. Experience in writing motions and motion practice is essential. Should have experience in crafting written discovery and discovery responses. Should preferably have strong academic credentials and be an admitted member in good standing of the California Bar.
