Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in immigration law. Will be required to have knowledge and experience preparing family based petitions (Including: Adjustment of Status, Waivers, U-Visa, DACA's etc.) Should also have experience with 42B cancelation of removal and I-589 Asylum. Fluent in Spanish and English (Must read, write, and speak both languages), Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree or higher (Experience may substitute).
