Paralegal- Referred Case The candidate will join firm that offer representation and customer service in the Collection, Bankruptcy, and Creditor rights arenas and responsible for reviewing accounts with an existing prior case that are transferred between law firms. The Paralegal Referred Case will perform research and file necessary pleadings to enter law firm's appearance. This position also requires the ability to move account into office workflow once ready. This position requires great attention to detail and accuracy and works in a fast-paced, get-it-done environment. The candidate Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Paralegal certificate, Associates degree or above preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel is required. Must have ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks in a high-stress environment. Should have ability to adjust quickly to varying priorities and maintains a positive attitude during change. Must maintains a high degree of attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment. Should supports a culture of accountability, ownership, and honesty. Must displays a desire to learn and is coach-able; takes feedback well from a variety of sources. Must exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service provision.
