Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide strong client and team service orientation. Will respond promptly to client needs; timely and professional response to requests. Deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing. Work independently and resolve practical problems. Dependable in keeping commitments, completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with alternative plan. Exhibits professionalism in all interactions; works well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; accepts responsibility for own actions. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality. Anticipate needs; managing day-to-day flow and able to prioritize time. Reads and analyzes docuents and correspondence; able to prioritize, distribute and take action as appropriate. Uphold confidentiality at all times. The candidate should have previous experience and a dedication to integrity. Knowledge about administrative processes and systems, including case management is required. Must have technical knowledge (Microsoft Office); and the ability to work with company databases and software.
