Criminal and Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will research of complex legal issues: Independently research case law, statutes or regulations, or legal issues and provide concise, summarized guidance to litigation team. Will research legal issues and draft motions for various federal cases. Ability to effectively interview witnesses for cases or motions and adequately document for team. Superior organizational skills as cases typically involve thousands of documents. Ability to balance large case load, multiple deadlines, and handle competing priorities. The candidate should have experience in state and federal practice, or willing to transition from state to federal practice. Must possess superior advocacy, interviewing, and writing skills. Must have proven ability to handle large document review is also required, along with the ability to work independently. 1-2 years experience required.
