Criminal Defense Associate Attorney The candidate will document everything that takes place on a case. Will establish a relationship and rapport with a client, and maintain that relationship and rapport throughout the case. Provide supervision and direction to the legal assistant or case manager on the team. Review or draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Pay attention to accounts receivables for assigned caseload. Comply with all legal standard and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Travel between Central Texas courts. Demonstrate commitment to the defense of the accused. Must have 2+ years of experience in criminal law in Texas. Bar membership in Texas is required. Should be an active member and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
