Litigation Paralegal Candidate will have 2+ years experience as a litigation paralegal preferable with a defense firm/attorney. Experience working on PIP, bad faith and general litigation files along with the ability to summarize depositions, create chronologies from medical records, employment records and other documentation, assist attorney with deposition preparation and trial preparation is required.
