Immigration Attorney The candidate will be expected to review paralegal work and be available for questions to all support staff. Will be expected to work independently and regularly meet with clients (virtually), with the ability to take the lead as point of contact on cases assigned to her or him. Must be able to work under pressure and excel at time management. Should be self-motivated with good problem solving and research skills, but at the same time know when they need to come to the partners for a final approval of a strategy or legal advice. Experience in business immigration, specifically L-1, E-2, O-1, NIW and EB-5 visas, as well as waiver processing is preferred. Experience with deportation proceedings and appearances before USCIS is a plus. Foreign language skills preferred, especially Spanish, Russian or Portuguese. Must be LGBTQ friendly. Training and mentorship will be available under partners with an opportunity to learn under a Board Certified Immigration Lawyer/Super Lawyer and a Top 25 EB-5 Attorney. Salary commensurate with experience. Spanish (Preferred); Russian (Preferred). Must have minimum 1-2 years experience for its office (Candidate must have strong academic skills (Top 25% of class), excellent writing, organization and communications skills, and must be able to handle a large caseload of diverse cases without micromanagement. Candidate must be ultra-professional, responsible, reliable, outgoing, friendly customer-service oriented and willing to take on a leadership position.
