Paralegal - Litigation The candidate must have 3+ years experience supporting attorneys in the defense of civil litigation matters. Will play an integral role in supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation including: case investigation; organization and maintenance of discovery/e-discovery files; deposition summaries; generation and follow up of subpoenas and authorizations; drafting discovery and documents; trial preparation and other paralegal duties as required. Paralegal certificate preferred. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm (civil litigation defense preferred). Must have strong attention to detail, analytical abilities and resourcefulness.
