Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will provide Administrative support to one or more lawyers. This includes answering phones; client intake/interviewing/management; typing and drafting letters and documents; computer file and physical file management; responsible for accurate dual calendar maintenance; balancing checkbooks; bill paying; timekeeping; invoice distribution; organize numerous files; handle incoming and outgoing mail; calendar case movement; maintain good working rapport with clients. Should have some college education and/or at least 2 years of experience working in a professional office. Must have experience with Word Perfect, Adobe, Word, Email, Internet, Fax, copy machine, multi-line phone system. Must have excellent typing and keyboard skills.
