Associate Attorney - Litigation The candidate' will be responsible for seeing accounts through the full litigation cycle including the review of account-level documentation; reviewing and approving pleadings; and handling routine court appearances. Experience in collections and commercial litigation is a plus, and will be considered in compensation, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois on or before the date of hire. However, applicants that are not yet licensed in Illinois or are new graduates with pending bar results are welcome to apply provided they can obtain the required Illinois license.
