Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist with discovery. Draft Motions and e-file and service of Pleadings. Assist with trial and hearing preparations. Identify liability issues. Maintain contact with clients. Communicate with providers. Review medical & employment records. Maintain docket calendar. Must have the ability to work primarily on the computer with Microsoft Word, digital folders, and Foxit/Adobe. Must have 5+ years of experience in personal injury (Plaintiff). Experience with discovery is needed. Must have a professional attitude. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have comprehensive knowledge about both liability insurance and texas rules of civil procedure. Must have excellent attention to detail and can work both independently and on a team. Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities are needed. Should preferably be a fluent Spanish speaker. The needles Software experience is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft is required.
