Workers Compensation Senior Attorney The candidate should have a strong work ethic and take pride in how competent we are at individual jobs and in how well we treat clients. Should be choosy about where decide to work and just as particular about who we hire. We work hard and collaborate on almost everything. LOVE coming to work. A cheerful disposition and an eagerness to help people are prerequisites. Must have admitted to practice law in the State of New York; experience with all stages with Claimant Workers Compensation cases; strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills; dedicated and hard-working; desire to learn. Must be able to multi-task, handle a large workload; efficiently prioritize work, perform independently, perform under pressure, have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills; and preferred knowledge of Matter Manager, Works, Outlook, and Word; ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
