Litigation Attorney Candidate will be: Drafting Pleadings. Propounding and responding to discovery. Conducting and defending depositions. Drafting and arguing motions related to discovery. Drafting and arguing motions related to dispositive issues. Drafting and arguing motions related to pre-trial and post-trial issues. Handle mediations and arbitrations. Preparing and participating in all stages of trial. Preparing lay and expert witnesses to testify and trial. Conducting voir dire. Conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses. Preparing opening statements and closing arguments. Practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. Meeting with clients. Must have: Bar License/Certification. Litigation Experience. Bilingual English and Spanish.
