This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. A paralegal certificate or associate degree is preferred. In this role, you will provide customer service to clients daily and manage an average case load of 200+ cases. You will be responsible for drafting and submitting letters of representation for various Insurance types, preparing demands, reviewing medical records, drafting correspondence, and consistently reviewing entire caseload from start to finish.
