Associate Attorney The candidate will focus on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act cases. Admission to State of Indiana Bar is required. Admission to Northern and Southern Federal District Court is needed. Must have 1-3 years litigation experience. Should have familiarity with discovery, deposition, and brief writing. Excellent writing skills are required. Federal court experience preferred.
