Mid Level Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for reporting to partners on the progress of filing of assigned immigration case work by the support personnel. Will represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law. This representation requires a high-level of communication with all clients. Must have requisite background in immigration law, the ability to demonstrate independent management skills over the legal support staff, the oversight and management skills to report case prioritization to partners, be a strong leader in training support staff, and the ability to continue developing Immigration practice. Should be Bilingual Spanish/English. Must have 2+ years of experience. Must have 5+ years of experience in Immigration Law practice. This position requires the associate to manage immigration paralegals and assistants.
