Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be preparing and filing of immigration applications, including immigrant visa petitions, applications for permanent residency, naturalization applications, including PERMs, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. Will be liaising with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor. Advise and train employers on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations. Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment based immigration matters. Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and consular appointment issues. Must have JD degree from Accredited Law School. Should have 3+ years of Immigration experience. Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Office 2013 and LawLogix is required.
