Attorney - Consumer Bankruptcy The candidate will be responsible for: Meeting with clients in our main and satellite locations; Court appearances; Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability; Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee; Research and draft pleadings; Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be members of State Bar of Georgia and eligible for admission to the respective Federal District Court. Some Bankruptcy experience preferred.
